Thank you for purchasing a print(s) from Monkey & Me. As all prints are made to order, returns can’t be accepted in most circumstances.

Refunds or exchanges are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you receive your prints in a damaged or defective condition, simply snap a photo and email it to me at millie@monkeyandme.co.uk and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you do have any problems or need any assistance with your order, please contact me and I’ll get back to you ASAP. 

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can do my best to make it right.
